- What are the lease terms?
12 & 13+ Month Lease Terms Available. We do not offer short term leases.
Criteria: Acceptable credit history and rental/homeowner history, background check, employment verification and gross monthly income must be 3x the monthly rent. (Documentation required.) Standard deposits start at $300 and can vary based on credit and previous rental history. Admin Fee $75.
- What is the Application Fee?
$35/per applicant
We run a credit history, rental history & background history through Experian on each adult over 18yrs.
No application will be accepted for the following reasons (but not limited to):
*Credit score / * Owe another property over $2,000 * Had a dispossessory filed, filing, or bankruptcy that has not been year old* Been evicted / Can not have both a bankruptcy and eviction /Doesn’t make 3 times rental amount * Has any criminal background history
Every applicant must provide a valid driver’s license, copy of SS card, and income documentation.
- What are the apartment features?
Walk-in closets, washer/dryer connections, side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, build in microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, double stainless steel sink with sprayer, ample cabinet and counter space, separate pantry, quick connect cable/Wi-Fi, ceiling fan in bedrooms and living room, garden style tub and oversized framed mirrors in bathrooms.
- What are the amenities?
Resort Style Swimming Pool with BBQ area, 2 Children’s Playgrounds, Laundry Facility and a Tennis Court on the Property.
- What is the utility responsibility?
Water is included in rent. Electricity is through GA Power, Gas is by the provider of your choice and cable is through Xfinity.
- What is the Pet Policy?
We are Pet Friendly! There is a $300 pet fee.
